Working with communities

The Centre collaborates with a wide variety of community groups and not-for-profit organizations in Ottawa, in Canada and overseas.  We also work with governmental agencies and with for-profit companies on projects that build social capital and exemplify corporate responsibility. 

We want to create sustainable programs with communities (locally and internationally). We want to participate in identifying long-term needs of both University and community.

We want to cultivate service opportunities that respect equity across gender, class, race and sexual orientation.  We want to engage in service opportunities that are accessible and feasible for all members of the University community.
